People network around a table at Project partner event - 2017

Ask for feedback

Get in touch with us and ask for feedback on your project idea.

We fund interregional cooperation projects working on innovative policy solutions to local and regional development issues.

We can advise you on your project proposal before you apply. During an open call, you can ask for feedback on your project idea to make sure it is relevant to our programme and that it meets the call's criteria.

How to ask for feedback

During an open call, you can ask for feedback for your project idea through our website.

The self-assessment tool

Use our tool before asking for feedback to make sure your project idea is relevant to our programme.

How does the feedback process work?

When we receive your request for feedback during an open call, we will read it to make sure it is relevant to our programme and it meets our criteria.

We will reply to you with as much detail as possible and let you know what needs to be improved.

There are two important things you need to remember before asking for feedback on your project idea:

  1. Because we have limited capacity and we need to treat everyone fairly, we will only give you feedback once for each of your project ideas.
  2. You can ask for feedback during an open call for proposals or shortly before the call opens. Otherwise, the tool is closed.
Feedback methods

You can ask to receive your feedback:

  • By email
  • By phone or video conference (e.g. Microsoft TEAMS)
  • In person (e.g. during an info day event)

Telephone, video conference and in person discussions will last about 30-45 minutes.
